Position Summary... What you'll do... The Director of Facilities Maintenance will oversee the planning, maintenance, and compliance of critical building systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and emergency management systems. This leader will be responsible for a region within the Western Business Unit (BU) and may be required to travel up to 50% of the time. As a key leader in facility operations, you will drive financial sustainability, enhance vendor performance, and promote continuous improvement across stores and clubs while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
