We are the People Partner team for AI, Product & Design-a global organization shaping the future of Walmart and Sam’s Club. Sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and people, we partner with leaders to translate strategy into the talent and organization needed to deliver at scale. We’re builders, problem solvers, and trusted partners who challenge the status quo. And we’re embracing AI to rethink how we work-moving faster, unlocking better insights, simplifying experiences, and redefining People partnership for the future.
What you'll do...
You’ll be a strategic partner to leaders, translating evolving business, product and design priorities into talent, organization, and leadership strategies that deliver at global scale. You’ll shape organization design and workforce strategy, build exceptional leaders and high-performing teams, and connect priorities across markets and functions. You’ll use AI, data, and insights to reinvent how People work gets done-accelerating decisions, simplifying experiences, and anticipating what’s next. Operating comfortably through ambiguity and transformation, you’ll turn complexity into action and connect people decisions to measurable outcomes-strengthening organizational effectiveness, productivity, and our ability to deliver for customers, members, and associates around the world.What you'll bring:

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 7 years’ experience in human resources or related area.1 year’s supervisory experience.
