Position Summary...

The Director, Supply Chain Management is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, optimizing processes, and managing major projects to ensure efficient operations and superior customer experience across all channels.

What you'll do...

The Director, Supply Chain Management oversees the design and implementation of end-to-end supply chain planning capabilities, infrastructure, and technology programs, managing annual budgets exceeding $100M. This role develops new tools and processes to optimize flow, inventory, capacity, service, and cost across the supply chain, leveraging global relationships and best practices while using data, analytics, and scenario modelling to inform strategic decisions.

This position leads a team responsible for creating and validating integrated supply chain plans and forecasts, aligning logistics, replenishment, store operations, and eCommerce activities. The Director also manages strategic activities such as seasonal and promotional flow plans, collaborating with 3PL partners and internal teams to balance customer availability, operational capacity, inventory, speed, and cost-effectiveness.

The Director develops supply chain strategy and leads major transformation initiatives, ensuring strong execution, financial governance, and regulatory compliance. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, evaluates end-to-end business trade-offs, oversees progress against strategic objectives, and drives continuous improvement across the supply chain network.

Additionally, the Director develops and maintains critical external partnerships, improves the end-to-end customer experience, and integrates planning and operational processes across the broader supply chain to enhance speed, quality, availability, and cost. This position plays a vital role in the strategic alignment, transformation, and operational excellence of the end-to-end supply chain network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, retail operations, logistics, replenishment, or planning, including significant people leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end supply chain planning and strategy, connecting demand, inventory, transportation, distribution center capacity, store operations, and eCommerce to deliver business and customer objectives.
  • Strong expertise in integrated planning, forecasting, inventory and flow management, capacity planning, and network optimization, with the ability to translate long-term growth into actionable supply chain plans.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and technology initiatives, including planning platforms, automation, advanced analytics, and/or AI-enabled capabilities, while managing significant budgets and complex programs.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience using scenario modelling, business cases, and financial analysis to optimize trade-offs across service, availability, inventory, capacity, productivity, cost, and ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across complex, cross-functional organizations, including Merchandising, Replenishment, Supply Chain, Transportation, Store Operations, eCommerce, Finance, Technology, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Strong people leadership and executive communication skills, with demonstrated success building high-performing teams, developing talent, leading through change, and influencing senior-level decisions.
