Capable of taking complex problem domains, dissecting them until they're well understood and delivering excellently engineered solutions.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign and develop the architecture of the distributed config distribution solution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high availability.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to the development team to ensure the solution is developed in accordance with the company's technology standards and best practices.\nCollaborate with other technical leaders to ensure alignment with the company's technology strategy.\nDevelop and maintain the distributed config distribution solution using programming languages such as Golang.\nDesign a config pipeline that integrates with multiple infrastructure systems, including databases, cache frameworks, Go services, cloud components, proxies, and load balancers.\nWrite high-quality, testable, and maintainable code that meets the company's coding standards.\nDrives technical vision and influences product roadmap and vision.\nImplement large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.\nLeads the discovery phase of large projects to develop high-level design.\nSupervise the work of cross-functional groups of engineers, including offshore associates.\nDirects root cause analysis of critical business and production issues.\nDevelops innovation strategies and best practices by leading technical teams, partnering with cross-functional teams, and communicating with executives.\n\nRequirements: \n13+ years of professional experience in software engineering.\nProven expertise in programming languages such as Go, with a strong background in designing and architecting large-scale systems over 10+ years.\nExperience with configuration management systems and distributed systems architecture.\nManaged systems with > 1K servers.\nStrong understanding of software development life cycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.\nExperience with cloud (Azure/GCP preferred).\nDevOps experience.\nClear understanding of TCP/HTTP/gRPC request/response protocols/lifecycle.\nHands-on experience in dealing with SQL / NoSQL databases as well as distributed cache frameworks.\nAbility to interact effectively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including writing technical documentation.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nSkills\nAzure, GCP, Go,
