Combining expertise in finance, technology, analytics, and business enablement, the team addresses complex operational challenges, drives automation, and builds efficient processes. Collaborating across the organization, they contribute to the success of one of Walmart’s fastest-growing business areas by ensuring accuracy, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder communication in billing operations.\nWhat you'll do:\nOversee billing operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing aligned with regulatory and accounting standards.\nAnalyze financial data to support reporting, reconciliation, and month-end close activities.\nManage stakeholder communications to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize billing processes and enhance operational effectiveness.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to maintain data integrity and support risk management protocols.\nPrepare ad hoc reports and financial statements reflecting updated accounting treatments and business transactions.\nWhat you'll bring:\nExtensive knowledge of billing systems, accounts receivable, and invoicing processes within a corporate finance environment.\nStrong understanding of financial reporting standards, regulatory frameworks, and accounting principles affecting billing operations.\nProven ability to analyze financial data, perform reconciliations, and prepare accurate financial statements and reports.\nExperience managing stakeholder communications and resolving billing inquiries with professionalism and clarity.\nSkilled in continuous improvement processes to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.\nProficiency in ad hoc reporting and leveraging financial systems to support business objectives.\nAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
