We develop and convert customer relationships across B2B, SMB, and B2C segments, targeting multi-site and independent retailers, quick-service restaurants, boutique retail, medical and professional offices, commercial operators, property-related businesses, and residential clients via eCommerce and lead-generation platforms. The team drives strategic partnerships and business development initiatives to support sustained growth and market expansion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value through effective relationship management and sales strategy execution.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead daily field operations for 13 residential installation and home-services technicians across DFW.\nOversee scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, workload balancing, safety, service quality, and customer experience.\nUse CRM, work-order, and performance data to improve utilization, productivity, first-time completion, and route efficiency.\nCoach and develop technicians through field observations, performance reviews, and targeted training.\nEnsure compliance with installation standards, tools, equipment requirements, and company policies.\nSupport expansion into additional home-maintenance services by evaluating capacity, skills, training, and operational readiness.\nPartner cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and build a scalable, customer-focused field service operation that consistently delivers safe, reliable, efficient service.\nWhat you'll bring:\nProven leadership experience managing field technicians, installers, or customer-facing service teams in residential or small-business environments.\nStrong scheduling, dispatch, route-planning, and workforce-management skills using CRM or field-service platforms.\nCustomer-first leadership with experience resolving escalations, improving service quality, and protecting the in-home experience.\nAbility to coach technicians, set clear expectations, manage performance, and build accountable, high-performing teams.\nOperational discipline with a strong focus on safety, productivity, utilization, first-time completion, and continuous improvement.\nComfort operating in a startup-style environment, building new processes, supporting new service launches, and scaling operations across a growing market while adapting quickly to changing customer and business needs.\nAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
