This collaborative group leverages customer insights, market research, and category strategy to optimize site merchandising and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.\nWhat you'll do...\nWhat you'll do: Own end-to-end Homepage execution, including daily publishing, content updates, quality assurance, launch calendars, and governance across all placements. Lead seasonal campaigns from brief through launch by coordinating with Marketing, Editorial, and Merchant partners, managing timelines, ensuring accurate execution, and sharing post-campaign insights. Maintain scalable site operations through efficient workflows, SLAs, documentation, and associate development. Monitor site health and performance metrics, proactively identify issues, and partner cross-functionally to resolve them.
