This Process Engineer role helps translate frontline observations and performance data into process changes, standard work, and automation support that meaningfully impacts network performance.\nWhat you’ll do \nPartner with operations leaders to understand constraints and recommend process improvements\nConduct time studies, work measurement, and process observations to identify opportunities\nAnalyze operational data using statistical and analytical tools to support decisions\nBuild process maps, standard work documentation, and operational performance reports\nSupport implementation and validation of automation and continuous improvement initiatives\nWhat you’ll bring \nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field\n0-3 years in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and/or supply chain (intern/co-op preferred)\nWorking knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and statistical analysis\nExperience with process mapping and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab)\nStrong Excel skills and exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)\nAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
