If you love eliminating variation and building sustainable processes, this team is where you’ll thrive.What You’ll Do \nLead the use of process improvement tools and methods-including 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, time and motion studies-to eliminate Quality losses and deviations within the assigned functional area.\nDeliver functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creation of standard work to reduce process variation.\nSupport review and execution of Quality-focused process improvement projects and provide input for divisional focused improvement opportunities.\nManage project execution for top Quality losses, build capability in area managers and associates, and support deployment of Quality Excellence and WPS programs.\nCreate Quality loss profiles, develop performance metrics, complete gap analyses, and support WPS integration and associate engagement efforts within the department.\nLead Quality-related savings projects by removing loss from processes and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment, progress tracking, and identification of improvement opportunities.\nYou’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If You… \nHave strong experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, 5S, RCA, or WPS-structured systems.\nAre highly skilled in KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creating standard work to drive consistent operational results.\nExcel at building partnerships, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting process improvement adoption across teams.\nThrive in environments that require problem-solving, change management, and the ability to balance competing priorities.\nHave experience supervising or developing associates and enjoy coaching others to build capability.\nSix Sigma Green Belt Certification or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.\nGraduate Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.\nProject Management Professional Certification.\nThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
