Job Description Summary: The Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering is responsible for leading enterprise electrical safety and reliability programs across Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Supply Chain facilities. This role provides strategic and technical leadership for the enterprise Arc Flash Study and Relabeling Program, Electrical Thermography Program, and associated electrical repair initiatives. The Senior Manager will establish annual program priorities, determine facility selection and sequencing based on risk, compliance, asset condition, and business needs, and oversee execution across a large and diverse portfolio of facilities. This position serves as a key connection point between internal stakeholders, field teams, engineering partners, and external service providers to ensure electrical safety programs are executed consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable standards and company requirements.
