As we continue to grow and evolve, we're equally focused on building a strong culture where talent can develop, collaborate, and thrive.\n What you'll do: \nLead workforce transformation programs, managing plans, governance, risks, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting.\nExecute Growth Tech's Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP) pilot, overseeing launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, communications, and delivery.\nCoordinate TLDP learning experiences, leader enablement, and participant engagement to ensure successful implementation.\nTrack TLDP participation, gather feedback, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements to support future expansion.\nManage the Global Tech Belonging Champion Network, coordinating stakeholders, workstreams, communications, and execution.\nEquip Belonging Champions with playbooks, activation resources, and progress reviews while driving accountability and measuring impact.\n What you'll bring: \n10+ years in program management, technical program management, or related roles partnering with engineering and business teams.\nExperience navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and coaching senior leaders to drive alignment and adoption.\nStrong execution skills in integrated planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, change control, and launch readiness.\nAbility to translate AI and engineering complexities into actionable rollout plans understood by technical and business leaders.\nProven ability to lead organizational change, shape leadership behaviors, establish operating routines, and sustain adoption.\nExcellent executive communication and facilitation skills across varied stakeholders, cultures, and time zones.\n At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
