Omni Supply chain group of International Technology focuses on building Supply chain solutions for customers, operators and sellers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship. \nOversee the design, development, and maintenance of critical services.\nDrive technical decisions and provide architectural direction for projects. \nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. \nImplement and enforce best practices for software development and team collaboration. \nConduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. \nFoster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer focus. \nStay updated with industry trends and advancements to keep the team and projects aligned with the latest technologies. \nManage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to meet organizational goals. \nEnsure the team delivers with pace, quality, efficiency, and excellence\nWhat You’ll bring\nMinimum 10+ years’ experience and at least 3+ years in people management. \nHave strong experience in building and managing a high performing team \nHave led a team of 10-12 people and owned the accountability of complete E2E delivery \nShould be good in stakeholder and program management \nExtensive experience building services using these technologies (Microservices/Restful/SOAP web services) \nIn depth knowledge in backend technologies like Java,Spring/Springboot etc.\nStrong experience in running the cloud distributed system in production at least for 2-3 years \nExperience in creating performing, highly scalable and distributed middle-tier frameworks, preferably using event-driven architecture in Cloud like Azure \nObject Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. \nExperience on large-scale end-to-end implementations \nKnowledge on unit testing frameworks (Junit/Spock/Jest etc) and code quality control platforms like Sonar \nExperience in CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps \nDemonstrated end-to-end ownership for development and design of least one cloud-based project. \nWorking knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies \nPrior Strong hands-on development skills to prototype technical solutions. \nWell versed in understanding and handling Non-Functional requirements (NFR’s) \nExcellent in driving Engineering excellence - code quality, performance tuning, operational excellence etc. \nStrong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly.
