Item Data Governance & Lifecycle Management\nPartner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the creation, maintenance, governance, and integrity of item data. \nEnsure timely and accurate execution of item setup, maintenance, delisting, and lifecycle management activities. \nMaintain data governance standards, policies, and controls to support operational excellence and downstream business processes. \nExecute data cleansing and remediation activities to maintain high-quality item information across systems. \n2. Data Quality, Validation & Monitoring\nProactively monitor item data quality and identify issues impacting business operations, reporting, replenishment, customer experience, or compliance. \nDesign and maintain validation, monitoring, and audit processes to identify and resolve data integrity issues. \nDrive corrective action processes with business owners and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness. \nSupport ongoing governance initiatives that improve item data standards and operational controls. \n3. Automation & Productivity Solutions\nDesign, develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. \nBuild scalable business tools using SQL, VBA, Python, Power Automate, Power Platform, Generative AI technologies, and related automation tools. \nDevelop reusable frameworks and automation components that can be leveraged across multiple business functions. \nContinuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and eliminate operational inefficiencies. \nSupport the migration and modernization of legacy tools, reports, workflows, and operational processes to enterprise platforms. \n7. Stakeholder Partnership, Training & Communication\nServe as a subject matter expert for item data processes, governance standards, supporting systems, and productivity tools. \nDevelop and deliver training programs, communications, user guides, and documentation for business stakeholders. \nSupport change management activities associated with new tools, processes, and platform implementations. \nCommunicate data changes, process updates, and system impacts to business teams and leadership. \n8. Project Support & Continuous Improvement\nSupport cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects related to item management, governance, process improvement, and technology transformation. \nContribute to project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation activities. \nDrive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying operational challenges and implementing scalable solutions. \nPerform additional responsibilities and support for evolving business priorities as required. \nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated experience supporting item data management, business operations, data governance, reporting, automation, or technology-enabled process improvement initiatives. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues across data, systems, processes, and code. \nExperience reading, troubleshooting, and modifying SQL queries, VBA macros, scripts, or application logic. \nExperience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. \nExperience facilitating training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for business users. \nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. \nStrong curiosity and aptitude for learning new technologies, automation platforms, and AI capabilities. \nSkills & Knowledge\nTechnical Skills\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Technology, or a related field. \nAdvanced SQL and database querying skills. \nExperience reading, debugging, and enhancing VBA-based tools and solutions. \nWorking knowledge of Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, C#, or similar programming languages. \nExperience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or comparable automation technologies. \nExperience developing and maintaining reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools. \nBusiness & Leadership Skills\nStrong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and operational controls. \nAbility to independently identify process inefficiencies and develop scalable technical solutions. \nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. \nExperience creating technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials. \nAbility to balance operational support responsibilities with long-term strategic improvement initiatives. \nLeadership Expectations:\nRespect the Individual:\nDemonstrates and encourages respect for others;
