The Claims Management team excels in delivering thorough claims oversight through quality assurance, compliance, and ongoing process improvement. Working closely with internal leaders, legal counsel, and external partners, the team ensures efficient claims handling aligned with regulatory and company standards. By leveraging data analysis and innovative methods, the team focuses on minimizing risk, enhancing outcomes, and improving experiences for associates and stakeholders. Combining operational excellence with collaborative leadership, the team is dedicated to talent development and driving impactful business results in claims resolution and risk management.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to complete complex assignments, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
- Collect, analyze, and track data to support business solutions and identify trends requiring additional training or process adjustments.
- Communicate progress, issues, and recommended resolutions to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate leadership calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, preparing materials and anticipating scheduling needs.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, supporting continuous improvement and adapting to organizational changes.
- Build strong relationships to foster collaboration, deliver results, and uphold company policies and ethical standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
