What you'lldo:
Partner with product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to define program goals, scope, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for medium- to high-complexity initiatives.
Build discovery and execution plans that align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, translate product requirements into technical plans, and drive delivery of scalable, high-availability solutions.
Monitor program progress, identifyrisks and issueearly, and develop mitigation plans to protect quality, timelines, and business outcomes.
Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and updates clearly to team members, peers, senior leaders, and stakeholders using the right channels for each audience.
Drive consistency and continuous improvement across TPM practices by standardizing tools, reducing waste, identifyingsynergies, and applying new technologiesand methodologies where they add value.
What you'llbring:
You bring extensive experience in software engineering and technical program management, with 10+ years leading large, cross-functional initiatives as a Technical Program Manager.
You have a background as a systems or software engineer and can confidently contribute to design and architecture discussions without needing to write code.
You build strong stakeholder relationships and can align cross-functional teams around clear priorities, decisions, and commitments.
You communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, practical way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, manage dependencies, and support data-informed decisions.
You can engage effectively with senior leaders, including VP and SVP audiences, and tailor your communication to the needs of each audience.
You have experience working with technology solutions across system design, cloud infrastructure, and the software development lifecycle.
