As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. This position requires a hands-on approach, operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more.\nResponsibilities\nOperate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment\nEvaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings\nRemove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures\nRespond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation\nConduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment\nPerform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry\nValid, state-issued driver's license\nHold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report\nAbility to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends\nExcellent customer service and communication skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.\nCertifications\nRelevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred, but not required.\nㅤ\nㅤ\nㅤ\nㅤ\n\nMinimum Qualifications...\nOutlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
