Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally andor in writing eg customers suppliers associatesEnsure freight quality by processing stray and damaged cases inspecting pallets shrink wrap and freight for damage cutting shrink wrap as needed and maintaining records logs and formsMaintain merchandise supply by replenishing pallets of merchandise ontofrom racks or docks using warehouse systems or through verbal instructionsOrganize warehouse by using power equipment to remove pallets from pallet returns eg pallet storage trailers upstackingdownstacking empty pallets and upstackingdownstacking freightManage freight flow by moving scanning and handling freight manually andor with power equipmentProvide basic maintenance to equipment eg clean inspectRespect the Individual:Embraces differences in people cultures ideas and experiences creates a workplace where associates feel seen supported and connected through a culture of belonging creates opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform helps to attract the best talent

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.15 - $26.65*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
