Role summary:The (USA) Data Analyst II plays a critical role in supporting business decision-making through comprehensive data analysis, visualization, and quality management. What you'll do:
- Analyze complex business data across multiple domains to support decision-making and project delivery.
- Identify, collect, and validate data from multiple sources ensuring data quality and relevance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Apply statistical techniques and scripting to explore data trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Support data cleansing, integration, and management activities to uphold data integrity.
- Present findings clearly to influence business strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies including distributed datastores such as Google BigQuery.
- Strong skills in data cleansing, integration, and management to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and dashboard creation to support data visualization and reporting.
- Ability to analyze business metrics and apply statistical techniques to identify trends and insights.
- Knowledge of data quality frameworks, metadata management, and operational data store processes.
- Capability to support data strategy development and collaborate with stakeholders to address business needs.
- Familiarity with scripting and analytics tools to automate and enhance data analysis workflows.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
