By translating complex information into actionable guidance, leveraging AI-powered tools, and driving continuous improvement, the Senior Analyst helps enhance customer self- \nservice, Care agent effectiveness, and scalable knowledge experiences. \nAbout the team: \nThe Walmart Business Customer Operations team connects customer needs with business processes, product capabilities, and operational solutions. \nCollaborating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Learning & Development, and Customer Care, the team enhances support experiences, ensures operational readiness, and drives scalable solutions. \nFocused on saving organizations time and resources, the team develops and delivers effective training programs, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and continuously improves processes. \nThis group plays a key role in supporting Walmart Business growth by aligning training initiatives with business goals and fostering strong stakeholder partnerships to achieve measurable results. \nWhat you'll do: \nDevelop and maintain customerfacing Help Center content and internal knowledge resources, translating complex product, technical, and operational information into clear, actionable guidance. \nPartner with Customer Operations Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize content needs supporting product launches and operational readiness. \nManage content requests from intake through completion, coordinating deliverables, timelines, reviews, and dependencies with partner teams. \nApply knowledge management standards and quality controls to ensure content remains accurate, consistent, and accessible. \nLeverage generative AI and automation to streamline content development, identify gaps, and enhance customer self-service and agent support. \nAnalyze customer feedback, agent insights, and content performance to drive continuous improvement. \nWhat you'll bring: \nProven experience developing knowledge resources, training materials, process documentation, or customer support content aligned with business needs\nStrong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage timelines, track deliverables, and drive projects through completion. \nAbility to translate complex technical, product, and operational information into clear, actionable content for different audiences. \nExperience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and coordinate content reviews and approvals. \nUnderstanding of knowledge management, content governance, and quality assurance practices to ensure accurate, accessible information. \nExperience leveraging generative AI and automation tools to improve content development efficiency and knowledge experiences. \nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement. \nAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
