You will be the analytics partner the business relies on to shape strategy, size opportunities, prove out ideas, and turn data into action across the Walmart+ Acquisitions portfolio.\nAbout the team:\nThe Walmart+ Data Strategy & Analytics (DSA) team is the central engine that turns data into actionable insights to drive membership growth. Our team combines core analytics across acquisition, engagement, and new benefit innovation.\nWe partner closely with our business partners across Walmart Plus to shape strategy and bring new initiatives to life. From early concepting and opportunity sizing, through test design and launch, into post-launch measurement and iteration - we sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the business to make sure the analytics behind every decision is rigorous, actionable, and impactful.\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn end-to-end analytics for major Walmart+ Acquisitions programs and initiative launches through tracking, reporting, testing, and post-launch deep dives.\nDesign and analyze experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments, holdouts) to evaluate acquisition levers, member value propositions, and lifecycle interventions.\nLeverage both advanced analytics and data science techniques to reach a true “why” understanding.\nBring insights unprompted. Proactively mine the data to surface opportunities, risks, and “things we’d want to see” \nBuild KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking that give the business a clear, trusted view of performance\nTranslate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives that influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.\nWhat you'll bring:\nExtensive experience in advanced analytics, data science, and predictive modeling to drive business results.\nProven leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.\nStrong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques to support data-driven decision making.\nExpertise in managing complex projects end-to-end, including risk assessment and mitigation.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop strategic business solutions.\nDemonstrated capability in developing and implementing data models and algorithms for business impact.\nExcellent communication skills to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.\nAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
