The role will also develop materials for leadership and external meetings, support merchant top-to-tops and All Hands, and analyze market, competitive, and macro trends to identify growth opportunities.\nAbout the team:\nThe Style Strategy & Business Development Office is instrumental in Walmart’s transformation into a leading Style destination across Fashion, Home and Beauty. The team drives strategic planning, including LRP and AOP, supports Private Brand strategy and ways of working, leads and project manages cross-functional transformation initiatives, drives organizational change management, and supports organizational communication.
