Role summary:The Senior Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads strategic inventory planning to optimize product availability, cost, and operational efficiency across the network. This role directs supplier partnerships, demand forecasting, and allocation strategies to support sales and merchandising priorities. The position emphasizes root cause analysis and rapid resolution of inventory challenges while driving continuous improvement in replenishment processes. About the team:
The Merchandising Execution team ensures product availability across all shopping channels by translating assortment strategies into actionable plans. Collaborating with Merchants, the team enhances inventory productivity, in-stock performance, and financial outcomes. Operating at an enterprise level, it drives key decisions on inventory, service, and profitability within a dynamic environment. Their expertise in merchandise planning, financial forecasting, category management, data analysis, and customer demand planning supports operational excellence and sustained business success, directly impacting the customer experience through optimized inventory flows and accurate forecasting.
What you'll do:
- Lead lifecycle inventory planning to optimize sales, profitability, and customer availability through strategic supplier partnerships and execution excellence.
- Oversee launch forecasts, seasonal and promotional planning, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and merchandising priorities.
- Drive root cause analysis and recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock challenges and improve inventory health.
- Manage network-wide inventory flows, balancing availability, cost, and speed across channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed inventory strategies that reduce costs and enhance performance.
- Develop and mentor associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement in replenishment and inventory management.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in inventory management, supply chain, and replenishment strategies within complex retail environments.
- Proven ability to lead lifecycle inventory planning, including launch forecasts and seasonal promotional alignment.
- Strong expertise in root cause analysis and execution of corrective actions to maintain high in-stock performance.
- Demonstrated success in building supplier partnerships and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory flow and availability.
- Skilled in leveraging enterprise systems and data analytics to drive strategic inventory decisions and cost efficiency.
- Experience managing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance development to achieve operational excellence.
- Commitment to integrity, ethical leadership, and continuous improvement in inventory and supply chain processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
