Their efforts contribute to business readiness, informed decision-making, and enterprise-wide performance improvements. The team emphasizes strong program management, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and technology strategy to deliver impactful solutions that advance Walmart’s ecommerce platform for third-party sellers.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead program management activities, defining goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.\nModel and analyze strategic decisions for WFS supply chain strategy and advise the business accordingly.\nIdentify opportunities to improve the speed, cost, and scale of the WFS business.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Operations to drive operational strategy and process improvements.\nIntegrate automation, AI, or platform capabilities to improve efficiency\nOversee financial management, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and resource allocation across programs.\nDevelop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, communicating effectively to influence decisions and build consensus.\nWhat you'll bring:\nStrong analytical skills, including advanced SQL experience\nAbility to evaluate tradeoffs and use data to guide the team’s decision making\nProven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple projects.\nStrong knowledge of technology strategies and ability to align business unit requirements with technology solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex programs using established program management frameworks and tools.\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and build consensus across teams.\nExperience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and performance monitoring to ensure program success.\nAbility to develop business cases with clear ROI and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement.\nAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
