Role summary:The Staff Product Manager leads strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires strong stakeholder leadership and deep customer and technical understanding to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, innovation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. What you'll do:
- Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization.
- Build deep understanding of customer and business needs using data analysis, journey mapping, and design thinking.
- Define and own multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps, aligning stakeholders and guiding product direction.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, adoption initiatives, and evaluate build/buy/partner decisions to optimize time-to-value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to manage risks, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Utilize data-driven insights and experimentation to validate assumptions and inform prioritization.
- Identify AI and automation opportunities to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Mentor product managers, promoting rigorous discovery and customer-centric approaches.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading product strategy and roadmap development for complex or multiple related products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation techniques.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and software product management.
- Ability to translate customer and market insights into prioritized, measurable product outcomes.
- Skilled in managing product lifecycle from discovery through value realization, including risk and dependency management.
- Demonstrated capability to mentor and elevate product management practices within the team.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
