The team delivers automated identity services integrated with HR systems and supports platforms such as Active Directory and cloud environments. Focused on identity synchronization, automation, and governance, WILM enhances data accuracy, reduces manual tasks, and maintains secure, compliant identity operations. Their work ensures consistent identity data across the enterprise, provides essential access management, and drives continuous improvements in identity security and operational efficiency.\nWhat you'll do:\nDesign, implement, support, and enhance enterprise user lifecycle management platforms and processes.\nDevelop and maintain automated onboarding, job change, leave-of-absence, and offboarding workflows for associates and contingent workers.\nPartner with business and technology teams to ensure identity lifecycle processes align with operational, security, and compliance requirements.\nSupport integration of authoritative sources and connected applications to ensure timely and accurate identity creation, modification, and termination events.\nDevelop solutions that improve the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of identity lifecycle management processes.\nMonitor and troubleshoot identity synchronization, provisioning, and account management processes across enterprise systems.\nWhat you'll bring:\nProven expertise in infrastructure design, including software architecture, distributed systems, and disaster recovery planning.\nStrong knowledge of security standards, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to system security plans and risk compliance.\nProficiency in automation tools and scripting languages such as Python and Java to streamline workflows and deployments.\nExperience with identity and access management systems, including Active Directory and authentication protocols.\nAbility to perform capacity management and rightsizing of IT resources aligned with business requirements.\nFamiliarity with configuration management, release processes, and infrastructure maintenance best practices.\nCommitment to producing high-quality, secure, and maintainable code following industry standards.\nAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
