You will be responsible for training new crew members on your specific machine.\nRequired Systems/Applications:\nAS400/Monarch\nEssential Functions:\nSet up, operate, and troubleshoot machines according to job specifications and production goals. \nInspect materials and samples regularly to maintain high-quality standards; ensure all samples are pulled, reviewed, and initialed. \nVerify and record production data accurately, including press counts, Autocount printouts, and packing slips. \nMaintain equipment cleanliness and proper operation during production and downtime; follow maintenance programs and document all activities. \nEnforce and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); recommend improvements when appropriate. \nEnsure all crew members understand and follow work orders, resolve discrepancies, and support successful job completion. \nFollow all safety protocols, including PPE, ergonomics, and chemical handling, to maintain a safe work environment. \nTrain and assist crewmembers on procedures, new equipment, and maintenance tasks. \nMonitor resources such as supplies and materials and report shortages to the supervisor promptly. \nAll other duties as assigned. \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while staying organized in a fast-paced environment. \nWorks independently and collaboratively with sound judgment and minimal supervision, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. \nCollaborates effectively in team settings and communicates clearly with diverse individuals and groups. \nDemonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills. \nQuickly learn and apply new computer applications, automated systems (i.e. robots), and related technologies. \nFollows verbal and written instructions accurately and completes required training or certifications as needed. \nWorking Conditions/Physical Demands:\nAble to lift and move materials weighing 30-75 pounds and handle objects or equipment using hands and fingers for most of the work shift. \nCapable of standing or walking for up to 8-12 hours, depending on the assigned shift, with occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, or stair climbing as needed. \nPerforms repetitive material handling tasks and may be required to do concentrated or detailed work for extended periods. \nMust be willing to work beyond standard business hours when required. \nMinimum Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent. \nFour years’ experience in press
