This role requires acute attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, collaboration, comfort operating under ambiguity, technical understanding and experience managing cross-workstream technology initiatives. In this role, you will directly contribute to the success of our Analytics team by holding regular planning sessions, stakeholder management, communications and status reporting, outlining strategic project deliverables and coordinating directly with Product, Engineering, and Analytics leaders across DTC (Streaming Direct to Consumer).\nAt DTC, data is central to measuring all aspects of the business and critical to its operations and growth. DnA works closely with Business Operations, Data Engineering, Data Solutions, Product, and Partner Operations to drive tools and optimizations across the business. The Technical Program Manager will function as the interface between Data, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams; participating in coordination, alignment, road mapping and overall seamless delivery of best-in-class consumer applications.\nResponsibilities\nOwn timeline planning and on-time delivery across concurrent workstreams: build realistic schedules, manage scope and execution closely\nDeliver concise, executive-ready communications: synthesize multi-workstream inputs into partner and stakeholder comms and executive updates\nPrioritize backlog by business impact rather than due date; adapt to changes and proactively propose re-sequencing as context shifts\nHelp DnA vertical teams adopt Project Management best practices: e.g., utilizing a unified project management tool, business models and processes with stakeholders and across DnA teams; automation and efficiency improvements \nDevelop strong, strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders across technical Product and Engineering teams, Data Platforms, business executives, and Analytics leaders\nTake initiative and a proactive approach to removing barriers and keeping projects moving forward.\nManage cross-vertical projects and identify the right resources by understanding team activities and solving analytical problems; accurately forecast risks and proactively mitigate exposure\nConvert business requirements alongside DnA verticals into high-level technical specifications and identify key contributors by understanding technical concepts and the domain\nStay informed on upstream product and data pipeline changes and their impact on the downstream analytics layer and reporting, requiring a deep understanding of data\nBasic Qualifications\n3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master for a technology team \nHigh sense of ownership and a focus on building fast with awareness of limitations \nGood skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency \nExperience with large-scale cross-functional program management in a matrix organization\nAI evangelist and hands-on LLM adopter\nLove for data and turning chaos into something actionable \nSense of humor and self-awareness (good understanding of your knowledge/limits) \nWorking knowledge of modern program management and productivity tools such as Jira/Confluence, Airtable, Google Workspace, and MS Office \nBackground in data analytics, or history of working within an Analytics team preferred \nUnderstanding of data pipelines, semantic layers, and reporting tools such as Looker and Tableau preferred\nRequired Education\nBachelor’s degree in a related field \nThe hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $108,500.00 to $145,500.00 per year and in New York, NY is $113,700.00 to $152,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
