The sectors served may include Residential and Commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, airports, and sports venues.\nAn Associate Project Manager will assist the Project Manager / Team Leader’s direction by assisting with technical supervision, staff development, and business development. Here are some key responsibilities for such a position:\nProject Planning and Management:\nAssist the Project Manager in preparing detailed project plans to meet client/project requirements and deadlines.\nCoordinate with Project Manager to manage the overall project lifecycle from inception through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.\nEnsure compliance with both local and international building codes and regulations.\nTechnical Leadership:\nProvide technical guidance to other designers and engineers on the analysis, design, and delivery of structural engineering projects.\nCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering consultants to develop engineering solutions. \nUtilize advanced engineering tools and techniques to optimize project outcomes.\nDevelop/implement/follow a robust QA/QC process to review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary.\nAs and when required as per client requirements conduct regular site visits in India during the construction phase of the project. Prepare site observation reports and share with client and contractor\nClient Interaction and Communication:\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.\nUnderstand and address client needs and expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.\nNegotiate with clients and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project delivery within agreed parameters.\nWhenever required participate in business development and client presentations.\n Professional Development and Innovation:\nStay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering and project management methodologies.\nEncourage continuous learning and development within the team through workshops, courses, and professional certifications.\nExplore innovative solutions and technologies that can improve efficiency and outcomes of structural engineering projects.\nOur clients include architects, developers, institutional entities, and contractors.
