This individual will be responsible for:\nPerforming structural computations for the secure design and analysis of new and existing structures including:Blast resistant design\nProgressive collapse\nVehicle barrier analysis and design\nPhysical security consulting \n\nCreating analysis models and interpreting results for 2D and 3D structural frames\nAssisting with construction administrative tasks, including site visits, calculation review, and shop drawing review\nPreparing technical studies and reports\nCoordinate secure design project requirements with other project team disciplines \nIn this position, the individual will be required to work closely with a team of Secure Design Engineers and/or Project Managers. A willingness to work in a team environment, following the standards we have in place is a must. A “can-do”, client-focused attitude is crucial.\nQualifications\nMaster’s in Civil or Architectural Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering\nP.E. License required\n6 - 11 years of experience\nDemonstrated career growth that includes 3+ years project management of secure design projects preferred\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nStrong organizational skills\nPay Transparency Statement: This position has an annual salary range of $106 - $126K and is, in good faith, an estimate. The actual offered salary will be dependent on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, industry experience and internal equity.
