You’ll work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify high-value use cases, design and build agentic solutions, configure and integrate Wand into their environment, and present working solutions that clearly demonstrate business impact.\nYou should be comfortable speaking with both technical and executive stakeholders, moving quickly from problem discovery to prototype, and turning complex workflows into production-ready agents and multi-agent systems. This is a builder’s role in a fast-moving startup: you’ll operate with minimal hand-holding, bring structure to ambiguous customer problems, and own the technical path to value.\nWhat you'll do\nWork directly with enterprise customers to understand their business needs, operational workflows, pain points, and success criteria.\n\nDesign, build, and present agentic solutions, prototypes, and workflows that demonstrate value to customers.\n\nOwn end-to-end technical deployments of Wand for US enterprise customers, from evaluation and solution design through production go-live.\n\nTranslate customer needs into clear solution designs, agent architectures, workflow logic, integration specs, and deployment plans.\n\nPresent technical solutions, demos, prototypes, and deployment plans to customer stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and executives.\n\nTroubleshoot across APIs, authentication, data, workflow logic, agent behavior, and customer systems.\n\nSupport late-stage pre-sales when solution design, technical feasibility, implementation planning, or customer value demonstration is critical.\n\nCreate implementation playbooks, solution patterns, demo flows, and deployment documentation that make future deployments faster.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nDemonstrated hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, AI Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar.\n\nStrong experience building agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, or AI automation solutions.\n\nAbility to understand customer needs quickly and translate them into working technical solutions, not just documentation or coordination plans.\n\nStrong practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool-calling, RAG, orchestration, multi-agent workflows, evaluation, and agent behavior debugging.\n\nExperience with frameworks or tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agentic/LLM development frameworks.\n\nStrong hands-on skills with APIs, integrations, scripting, debugging, and cloud/web environments.\n\nCoding or scripting ability in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.\n\nAbility to build quickly, demo effectively, and iterate based on customer feedback.\n\nClear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nHigh ownership: you drive customer outcomes, unblock yourself, and move fast without waiting for perfect instructions.\n\nComfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in an early-stage, high-growth environment.\n\nPreferred experience\nExperience deploying AI, agentic, automation, or enterprise SaaS products into production environments.\n\nExperience building customer-facing demos, prototypes, or proof-of-value solutions.\n\nExperience working in pre-sales, post-sales, implementation, or field engineering environments.\n\nIntegration experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JWT, mTLS, and third-party enterprise systems.\n\nExperience with VPC or on-prem deployments, cloud infrastructure, containers, databases, logs, and production troubleshooting.\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise security, data privacy, RBAC, audit, governance, and compliance requirements.\n\nExperience working with regulated industries or enterprise customers with complex security and compliance needs.\n\nPrior startup experience in an early-stage or high-growth setting.\n\nWho thrives here\nBuilders who can sit with a customer, understand the real problem, quickly build an agentic solution, and present it clearly enough that the customer immediately sees the value.\nYou’ll thrive here if you are technical, customer-facing, fast-moving, and independent.
