You'll research target accounts, map buying committees, and run thoughtful, personalized outreach to owners, executives, and leaders across operations, marketing, revenue management, and technology. Your goal is to earn first meetings with the right people and set up our AEs for strong discovery.\nThis role is a great fit for someone who prefers account-based prospecting over pure volume, and who wants a path into enterprise sales.\nLocation: Austin, TX (onsite).\nWhat you'll do\nResearch and prioritize enterprise vacation rental property management companies with your Account Executive partners.\nMap stakeholders and buying committees across each target account.\nRun personalized, multi-channel outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn to executives and senior leaders.\nQualify interest and book high-quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.\nSupport outreach around industry events and conferences.\nKeep account, contact, and pipeline records accurate in our CRM.\nShare market and competitor insights with sales, marketing, and product.\nWhat you bring\n1 to 3 years in a BDR, SDR, or similar role, ideally prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.\nExperience with account-based prospecting and multi-threading into large organizations.\nStrong research skills and the ability to write sharp, personalized outreach.\nConfidence speaking with executives and decision-makers.\nPersistence, coachability, and an ownership mindset.\nOrganization and follow-through across long sales cycles.\nExperience with a CRM and sales engagement tools.\nNice to have\nExperience in vacation rentals, hospitality, travel, or property management software.\nFamiliarity with PMS platforms such as Track, Streamline, or Guesty.\nComfort using AI tools for account research and outreach.\nWhat success looks like\nBuilding a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.\nEarning meetings with senior decision-makers at target accounts.\nBeing a trusted partner to our Enterprise Account Executives.\nGrowing into an Account Executive role.\nWhy Wander\nHelp shape how leading vacation rental operators grow their direct-booking businesses.
