requires expert knowledge of the LAN/WLAN & WAN technologies & products to meet customer requirements.\nAs part of a highly specialised team, you will need to mentor/consult customers and internal teams the network portfolio.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn, support and continually improve a Fortinet-led network environment\nTake the technical lead on network projects, from initial requirements and design through to implementation and handover\nConfigure, manage and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, including policies, VPNs, routing, security profiles and connectivity\nWork across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, switching, routing and firewalling\nLead complex troubleshooting and resolve network issues that require deeper technical investigation\nIdentify weaknesses, risks and opportunities for improvement across the network estate\nWork directly with customer stakeholders, translating technical issues and recommendations into clear, practical advice\nOwn technical changes and ensure they're properly planned, tested, documented and communicated\nProduce and maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations and technical standards\nSupport network upgrades, migrations, refreshes and wider infrastructure projects\nWork alongside Wanstor's wider technical teams and third parties where projects cross networking, cloud, security or infrastructure\nWhat You'll Need\nStrong hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies, particularly FortiGate firewalls\nGood knowledge of Fortinet security, VPN and SD-WAN capabilities\nStrong understanding of core networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, NAT and network security\nStrong routing and switching knowledge\nExperience supporting and troubleshooting LAN, WAN and wireless networks\nConfidence diagnosing complex network and connectivity issues from end to end\nExperience delivering network changes, upgrades, migrations or implementation projects\nComfortable working directly with customers and senior stakeholders\nAble to take a requirement or problem, work out the best approach and own it through to completion\nStrong documentation skills and an organised approach to change\nExperience within an
