We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who combines strong software engineering discipline with deep test automation expertise to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable quality solutions across mobile and API platforms.\nKey Deliverables & Responsibilities\nStrategy & Framework Architecture: Design, build, and scale automated testing frameworks for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and APIs, integrating automated test suites directly into CI/CD pipelines.\n\nQuality & NFR Execution: Implement early-stage quality controls, test data management strategies, mobile security checks, accessibility testing, and performance validation across core user journeys.\n\nCross-Functional Technical Integration: Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and security specialists to improve system testability, debug complex root causes, and build resilient continuous testing pipelines.\n\nStandards & Tooling: Establish robust test automation standards, evaluate tooling, and optimize technical test coverage to support reliable software releases.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements & Technical Experience\nHands-on Quality Engineering: Proven experience delivering test automation solutions across mobile (iOS and Android) and API architectures.\n\nCore Automation & Programming: Strong object-oriented programming experience in Java, TypeScript, and/or Python, with direct experience building automation frameworks from scratch.\n\nMobile Automation Frameworks: Demonstrable experience automating native and hybrid mobile applications using tools such as Appium, Espresso, and/or XCUITest.\n\nCI/CD & Pipeline Integration: Experience embedding automated test execution within modern continuous integration and delivery pipelines.\n\nWhat to expect from our hiring process\nFirst Hello: An informal chat with your dedicated Talent Attraction Partner to talk about Waracle, what you want out of your next move, day rate, contract duration and office hybrid working model.\n\nCraft Showcase: A chance to demonstrate your real-world expertise.
