If you take ownership of your files, follow through consistently, and deliver results in a high-volume environment, we want to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nNegotiate hospital liens, medical provider balances, and other healthcare-related claims under attorney supervision and firm procedures.\nReview medical bills, verify outstanding balances and applicable insurance payments, and obtain supporting documentation.\nSubmit reduction requests, follow up with providers and lienholders, and secure written confirmation of agreements.\nManage a high-volume reductions caseload, prioritize aging files, and resolve outstanding items that delay closing.\nMaintain accurate balances, negotiation notes, agreements, and case updates in Litify.\nCoordinate with attorneys and closing staff to verify figures for closing statements and support settlement disbursements.\nKeep clients informed about reduction progress and refer legal questions or disputes requiring legal analysis to the appropriate attorney.\nMeet departmental expectations for reduction results, turnaround times, productivity, and accuracy.\nWhat You Bring\nAt least two years of hands-on plaintiff personal injury reductions experience.\nDirect experience negotiating hospital and medical provider balances, with the ability to explain your strategies and measurable results.\nExperience independently managing reductions from balance verification through written agreements and closing coordination.\nBilingual English and Spanish, with strong negotiation and client communication skills.\nAbility to manage a high-volume caseload using legal case management software; Litify experience preferred.\n Bilingual English and Spanish.\nExperience negotiating hospital and provider reductions.\nExperience preparing closing statements and settlement disbursements.\nKnowledge of PIP, health insurance liens, Letters of Protection (LOPs), and medical provider billing practices.\nLocation\nThis position is open to work at our office 5 days a week.\nOffice Locations: 7900NW 154th Street, Suite 101 Miami Lakes, FL 33016 \n Position Type: Full Time (8:30 AM - 5 PM EST) \n Compensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary commensurate with experience\nProfessional development and continuing education support\nCollaborative, growth-oriented team environment\nMedical, dental & vision\nHospital plans\n401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available\nLife Insurance (Company paid Basic Life and AD&D as well as voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)\nCompany paid short and long-term disability\nHealth & Dependent Care Spending Accounts (HSA & DCFSA)\nEmployee Assistance Program\nTuition Assistance\nPaid time off and paid holidays\nJoin Our Team\nAt The Ward Law Group, every role contributes to changing lives.\nIf you're looking for an opportunity to grow your litigation career, maximize client recoveries, and work alongside a high-performing legal team, we'd love to hear from you.\nApply today and become part of a team committed to excellence, accountability, and changing lives-one client at a time.\nThe Ward Law Group is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
