As Civil Engineering Manager, you will also nurture a positive, team-oriented environment, ensure financial goals and deadlines are met, procure work through business development, and manage select projects.\nOur civil engineering team, consisting of over 100 members nationwide, adopts a collaborative approach that blends visionary engineering design, ensuring that every project meets and exceeds our clients' expectations.\nWare Malcomb offers an excellent opportunity to lead a civil engineering practice while benefiting from the platform, resources, and support provided by an international, multidisciplinary design firm.\nYour Role\nPrepare proposals and contracts for civil engineering projects\nReview of project revenue projections, monthly financial reports and monthly business reports\nManages select projects\nResponsible for the growth and financial success of group\nAttend hearings and planning meetings\nConsistently market and promote getting new work for Ware Malcomb\nAttend relevant networking functions and set up regular meetings with clients\nResponsible for operations of the group\nTrain, mentor and oversee the work of team members\nResponsible for recruiting and hiring new team members\nQualifications\n10+ years of civil engineering experience, specifically in the field of Land Development Civil Engineering Design\nExperience at the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level.
