site, works focus on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety, according with the engineering and submittals approved, during all construction process.\nCoordinate with the contractor the delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.\nProject Coordinator Qualifications:\nPreferred minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the field of industrial site supervision\nPreferred Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an architectural, civil engineer or any construction related program.\nStrong computer and written and verbal communication skills. \nPreferable Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams.\nEffective and fluent ability to speak in public in Spanish (English desirable) in front of small to large groups of people is preferred.\nLeadership of small to larger project Teams desirable.\nBasic knowledge of local and international construction
