You will assist the Senior Project Manager in the management of control documents, client contact, reporting, and weekly meetings.\nProject Managers will achieve repeat clients, through great customer service that encompasses great attitude, pride, delivery, and follow-up.\nYour Role\nResponsible for the entire project(s), start to finish, you are the project(s) leader. \nManage the bidding and construction phase of the projects by distribution of the bid packages to contractors, scheduling pre-bid conferences, and organize and review the contractor bids to present to client.\nProvide construction phase services as construction management in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.\nReviewing contractor construction documents, reviewing daily and prepare weekly reports, leading the weekly construction meetings, reviewing contractor submittals and engineering drawings, tracking the construction schedule and reviewing estimate payments.\nLead the weekly meetings to constructions sites.\nThe expectation is to manage the contractor on all issues related to the job site.
