You will contribute to building strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service rooted in a positive attitude, pride in your work, reliable execution, and consistent follow-up.\nYour Role\nLead assigned projects from start to finish, serving as the primary project leader.\nManage the bidding phase by distributing bid packages to contractors, scheduling and conducting pre-bid conferences, and organizing and reviewing contractor bids for client presentation.\nProvide construction-phase services in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.\nReview contractor construction documents;
