Your expertise will support the full project lifecycle, covering HVAC systems, plumbing systems, building automation and controls, energy-efficient design strategies, central utility systems, load calculations, equipment selection, mechanical system studies, commissioning support, and sustainable building solutions.\nYour Role\nLead projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) and guide team members through specific phases or aspects of projects, including technical studies, analysis, design, and preparation of technical drawings and specifications.\nLead coordination efforts between engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.\nCoordinate directly with designers, owners, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.\nPerform or oversee engineering analyses and design activities to achieve project requirements.\nOrganize project teams as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.\nControl expenditures within project budget limitations (Fee and Expenses).\nReview calculations and modeling outputs to verify technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.\nMentor team members on engineering principles, industry standards, and practical application of mechanical design solutions.\nCoordinate activities necessary to complete technical documents (drawings and specifications), including resolving engineering design and technical challenges.
