members.\nMentor, train, and lead assigned team members.\nCreate and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.\nQualifications\n10+ year of experience working on Civil Engineering/Land Development projects, including site planning, layout, drainage, utility design, and soil erosion and sediment control design.\nBachelor’s Degree in a Civil Engineering or related program\nA PE (Professional Engineering) license preferred\nKnowledge of local municipality, county, and state land use entitlement process and regulations\nExpertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and storm water management design\nAutoCAD and Civil 3D skills\nMicrosoft Word and Excel skills\nProven leadership ability with experience building and/or managing teams\nSuperior organization and delegation ability\nExcellent written and verbal skills, including public
