In this role, you will help ensure that our office facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, supporting smooth day-to-day operations and providing a comfortable working environment for our employees. \nYou will be responsible for carrying out basic maintenance tasks, monitoring the condition of office facilities and equipment, coordinating external contractors and service providers, and assisting with workspace arrangements and office logistics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes initiative, and can efficiently handle a variety of facility-related tasks. \nReports to\nHead of Workplace & Employee Experience\nWhat will you do?\nAssists with maintaining daily operations of the physical facility. \nSupports maintenance mechanics and facilities staff by performing “handyman” maintenance duties such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects \nWorks with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs \nOperates site equipment as needed, using hand and power tools as necessary \nCoordinates vendors/employees for performance of specialized maintenance, repair, or certification of buildings, infrastructure, tech appliances. Inspects completed work for conformance with contract requirements and safety codes \nPerforms regular checks of buildings, infrastructure, and premises to ensure safety and uninterrupted use \nOrganize storage areas, inventory management \nProviding support to office team in everyday operations: assist with setting up workspaces for new employees \nArrange furniture and office equipment as needed \nProvide logistical support for meetings, events, and office functions \nWhat are we looking for?\nPreviousexperience in facility maintenance, handymanservices, technical support, or a similar hands-on role. \nPractical skills in basic repairs, furniture assembly, and the safe use of tools. \nBasic knowledge of building systems and the ability to identifymaintenance issues. \nExperience coordinating external contractors and following up on maintenance tasks. \nA proactive, solution-oriented approach, with good organizational skills and attention to detail. \nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with colleagues. \nAwareness of workplace health and safety practices. \nGood communicationskills and a service-oriented attitude. \nBasic computer skills and good knowledge of Serbian, with basic working knowledge of English. \nWhat additional skills will help you stand out?\nExperience maintainingfacilities in a corporate office environment. \nBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building systems. \nExperience coordinating maintenance contractors and service providers. \nFamiliarity with preventive maintenance, facility inspections, and maintenance tracking. \nExperience with inventory management and organizing storage areas. \nRelevant technical education, vocational training, or maintenance-related certifications. \nExperience with workspace setups, office relocations, or event logistics. \nWork mode\nOnsite - 5 days of work from the office.\nThis role is/isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.\nBenefits\nBenefits and perks are tailored to the local market and culture.
