Therole willoversee facilities, suppliers, budgetsand workplace projects, while leading and developing the administration team and driving continuous improvementsto ensure our people and workplace environment support the company's goals. \nReports to:\nChief Locations Officer\nWhat will you do?\nLeads workplace operations and sets objectives for service quality, compliance, and cost control.\nDefines service expectations for Workplace Experience Specialists and allocates resources to align with Employee Experience priorities.\nOversees facilities operations including building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable workplaces.\nManages workplace projects, events and modifications (design/planning, scheduling, and execution), including cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.\nApproves changes to processes and vendor arrangements that affect cost, service quality, and the ability to support Employee Experience programs\nMonitors spend, service quality, and vendor performance against agreed standards and supports resolution of complex or escalated cases.\nDevelops and implements workplace policies and procedures, including space allocation/layout, facility expansion planning, and service standards.\nLeads vendor performance management (e.g., service reviews, corrective actions, escalation handling) and ensures consistent delivery.\nParticipates actively in hiring, performance, and development decisions for the workplace team.\nWhat are we looking for?\nDemonstrable experience of owning the operational performance of a workplace/site, with the autonomy and judgement to make decisions on facilities, suppliers, budgets, employee experience and day-to-day operations.\nProven people leadership experience, including managing, developing and motivating a small team, setting clear objectives and managing performance.\nDemonstrable experience delivering workplace projects and improvements.\nExcellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement and the ability to balance employee needs, operational requirements, compliance, service quality and cost control.\nDemonstratable experience managing multiple stakeholders\nService-orientated mindset\nWhat additional skills will help you stand out?\nHospitality mindset: you see workplace operations as service delivery, anticipate needs, resolve issues gracefully, and believe that how we care for our people matters as much as the work itself. \nOpen-minded and forward-looking: you are curious, embrace new ideas, and proactively think about what our workplace and employee experience should look like tomorrow. \nExcellent communicator: you know how to bring people together, communicate clearly, and build trust across diverse teams and stakeholders. \nFluent Czech and English, written and spoken \nWork mode\nOnsite (4 days of work from the office) \nThis role is/isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.\nBenefits\nBenefits and perks are tailored to the local market and culture.
