The role combines workplace strategy, employee experience, culture and cross-functional leadership, partnering closely with senior leaders and key corporate functions to ensure our people and workplace environment support the company's goals.\nReports to\nGeneral Manager, Wargaming Vilnius\nWhat will you do?\nLead and drive workplace and employee experience initiatives across our locations, from concept to execution.\nEnsure smooth, efficient, and high-quality day-to-day workplace operations.\nCreate an engaging, welcoming, and productive workplace environment that reflects our culture and supports our people.\nOwn and manage the workplace budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.\nLead complex workplace projects, managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and challenges.\nOversee relationships with landlords, suppliers, service providers, and other external partners.\nEnsure workplace operations comply with relevant health & safety, building, waste management, and other regulatory requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workplace services, processes, and employee experience, taking a proactive and forward-looking approach.\nPartner closely with People, Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams to deliver effective workplace solutions.\nWhat are we looking for?\nProven experience leading workplace, facilities, office operations, employee experience, or a similar function in an international environment.\nStrong project and operational management skills, with the ability to get things done and navigate complex challenges.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across different teams and levels.\nHands-on, proactive approach - you are comfortable getting into the details when needed while keeping the bigger picture in mind.\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make things happen.\nExperience managing budgets, suppliers, and external partners.\nKnowledge of relevant health & safety, building codes, and waste management regulations.\nWhat additional skills will help you stand out?\nHospitality mindset: you see workplace operations as service delivery, anticipate needs, resolve issues gracefully, and believe that how we care for our people matters as much as the work itself.\nOpen-minded and forward-looking: you are curious, embrace new ideas, and proactively think about what our workplace and employee experience should look like tomorrow.\nExcellent communicator: you know how to bring people together, communicate clearly, and build trust across diverse teams and stakeholders.\nWork mode\nOnsite\nThe salary range for this role in Vilnius is 4500 - 5500 EUR monthly gross.\nBenefits\nBenefits and perks are tailored to the local market and culture.
