This position provides direction and coaching to table games dealers, manages guest interactions, and supports the Casino Operations Manager in achieving departmental goals related to service quality, compliance, and profitability.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise, coach, and direct dealers to ensure proper execution of all table games procedures and compliance with gaming regulations.\nMonitor game activity, wager amounts, and player behavior to identify irregularities or potential issues.\nTrack and document guest play, including purchase amounts, wins/losses, and average bet size.\nMaintain appropriate table inventory levels and coordinate fills and credits.\nIssue and inspect playing cards and dice at the beginning of each shift for irregularities or defects.\nAssist with scheduling, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions for table games team members.\nSupport ongoing team member development through mentorship, communication, and feedback.\nInvestigate and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.\nEnforce all safety regulations and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.\nMaintain strict confidentiality of company, guest, and team member information.\nCollaborate with management to recommend improvements to table games operations and guest experience.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired:\nMust be 21 years of age or older\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience\n Three (3) years of experience in table games operations, including time spent as a Dealer, Floor Supervisor, or Pit Supervisor\nStrong understanding of table game rules, regulations, and internal control systems\nExcellent organizational, leadership, and customer service skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software\nWorking knowledge of player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines consistent with industry standards\nCommitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct\nPreferred:\nPrior experience in a supervisory role within a regulated gaming environment\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nFrequent standing and walking throughout the casino floor\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed\nExposure to noise, lighting variations, and secondhand smoke typical of gaming environments\nRegular communication with guests and team members requiring verbal, written, and interpersonal skills\nSchedule - Swing Shift (2nd Shift)\nThis is a full-time position.
