We work through the hardconversations with respect, help leaders build stronger teams, and make sure people can get answers when they need them.\nWe’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who wants to do that work across a varied, hands-on role. Based in Clackamas, you’ll support Warn Industries and our sister companies, working with employees and leaders across multiple locations. You’ll join a collaborative HR team with experience across employee relations, HR systems, safety, recruiting, training, and other specialties.\nThis role is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, uses sound judgment, and can balance employee care with the needs of the business. You don’t need to have every answer immediately. You do need to be curious, discreet, willing to ask questions, and committed to seeing things through.\nWhat you’ll do\nBe a welcoming, responsive HR resource for employees and leaders.\nSupport employee relations matters by listening, gathering information, documenting appropriately, and helping move concerns toward fair and timely resolution.\nCoach leaders through workplace questions, performance conversations, policy application, and team concerns.\nSupport recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave questions, training, employee communications, and other HR programs.\nHelp ensure HR processes and policies are applied consistently and with good judgment.\nPartner with our Safety team and site leaders to route safety concerns and support timely follow-up.\nKeep accurate records, protect confidential information, and follow through on commitments.\nLearn how the business operates and look for practical ways to improve the employee and leader experience.\nWork closely with HR teammates and business partners across locations.\nWhat you’ll bring\nTwo to four years of experience in human resources, training, or a related field.\nExperience in several HR areas, such as employee relations, recruiting, compliance, benefits, leave, compensation, or training.\nClear, thoughtful communication and a strong service mindset.\nGood judgment, integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information.\nThe ability to listen well, manage competing priorities, and bring work to completion.\nConfidence working independently and knowing when to ask for input or escalate a concern.\nComfort using common business software and learning new systems.\nA collaborative approach and flexibility as business needs change.\nWIFM | What’s in It for Me?\n3 weeks of accrued Paid Time Off\n10 paid holidays\nMedical, dental & vision insurance\n401(k) with company match eligibility after your first paycheck\nCompany-provided short-term & long-term disability\nEmployee Assistance Program\nAggressive team member discountson WARN Group products and gear\nCareer growth & training\nA team environment built around respect, support, and getting things done\nHow our team works\nWe believe good HR starts with being available, listening carefully, and treating people with dignity.
