LET’S GO!\nㅤ\nYour new role\nThis position is responsible for audio operation for live content production, including audio mixing, signal routing, monitoring, and operational support for Audio productions.\nYour role accountabilities:\nOperate audio consoles and mix live programs, balancing microphones, playback sources, remote feeds, and program audio;\nConfigure, route, and monitor audio signals, including studio microphones, IFB, intercom, embedded audio, and external feeds;\nPrepare audio systems for productions, perform line checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure audio quality throughout live broadcasts.\nQualification & Experience:\nAudio Technical Knowledge: Understanding of analog and digital audio signal flow, levels, routing, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting;\nAudio Console Operation: Ability to operate professional audio mixing consoles and manage microphones, playback sources, remote feeds, and program outputs;\nBroadcast Audio Systems: Familiarity with intercom, IFB, audio routers, embedded audio, monitoring systems, and studio/PCR workflows; \nLive Production Support: Ability to prepare, test, and operate audio systems while maintaining technical and editorial quality during live broadcasts; \nTechnical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve audio issues such as signal loss, distortion, noise, synchronization, and communication failures.\nOther nice to have:\nCommunication Skills: Clearly exchanging technical information with directors, producers, technicians, and production teams;\nAdaptability: Learning and adjusting to new audio technologies, production formats, and operational workflows;\nAttention to Detail: Monitoring audio levels, routing, synchronization, and quality consistently throughout productions;\nProblem Solving: Responding quickly and effectively to technical issues during rehearsals and live broadcasts;\nTeam Collaboration: Working closely with production, engineering, studio, and PCR teams to deliver seamless live content;\nTime Management: Completing setup, testing, and operational tasks within tight production schedules;\nStress Management: Maintaining focus and sound technical judgment in high-pressure live environments.\nAbout Skydance\nSkydance is a next-generation global media and entertainment company, comprised of three business segments: Studios, Direct-to-Consumer, and TV Media.
