LET’S GO!\nㅤ\nYour New Role...\nWe’re offering a fantastic opportunity to join the team at the Harry Potter Shop, located in the heart of King’s Cross Station, as our newest Retail Assistant.\nAs a key member of our sales team, you’ll help conjure memorable experiences for every fan who steps into our store while driving sales and upholding spellbinding visual standards.\nIf you have experience in retail, customer service, or a visitor-focused environment, and you’re passionate about delivering spellbinding experiences, we’d love to hear from you!\nYour Role Accountabilities...\nProvide and continuously develop your product knowledge\nReplenishing stock and maintaining high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.\nDisplaying good listening skills, identifying customer needs and responding to them quickly.\nShowing flexibility and willingness to meet store needs during the period of employment regarding hours, work and duties.\nAdherence to all Company policies and procedures e.g. timekeeping, absence reporting procedures etc.\nConfidence to engage with groups of customers at a time and relay product information in an enthusiastic and entertaining manner.\nEngaging with customers on photo opportunities outside the shop.\nQualifications & Experiences...\nPrevious retail experience or experience working with the public (if a school leaver, work experience is desirable)\nSelling skills - proactively seeks out opportunities to increase sales.\nAble to communicate clearly and confidently with the public.\nAble to use own initiative.\nEnthusiasm and passion for, as well as excellent knowledge of, the Harry Potter brand.\nWorking Pattern\nIn this role you will be expected to adapt to the needs of the business includes working weekends, bank holidays, and during peak seasonal periods, depending on the rota.\nRetail Assistants will rotate across all areas of the shop floor, including operating tills, engaging with customers from around the world, and keeping our shelves stocked.\nThis is a full-time position (40 hours per week).\nOnsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
