Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.\nYour New Role\nWe are looking for a Production Operations Supervisor to support and oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of live and recorded productions from our West London facilities. Acting as a key operational lead across productions and events within our Chiswick and Stockley Park facilities, you will help ensure production requirements are planned, coordinated and delivered effectively across multiple teams, while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced broadcast environment and want to make a meaningful impact on live production delivery, we would love to hear from you.\nYour Role Accountabilities\nAct as the operational lead where required for Chiswick-based deliverables, representing Production Operations in production meetings and acting as a key liaison with Production Management.\nEnsure production information, event requirements and operational updates are clearly shared across all relevant GT&O departments.\nWork closely with Production Resource, MCR, London Bookings, Engineering and other operational teams to ensure event details are accurate, aligned and distributed in a timely manner.\nSupport the planning and delivery of gallery positions, studio rigs, production set-ups and associated production requirements.\nCheck and confirm resource allocation documents and systems to ensure production requirements are appropriately covered and booked correctly.\nReview the centralised bookings system to confirm that the correct resource has been allocated, Technical Operators are booked where required, and any FACS testing requirements are captured.\nMaintain a visible on-the-ground presence across live deliverables, supporting escalation, feedback and issue resolution during production activity.\nCoordinate studio maintenance scheduling, ensuring work is planned around production requirements and communicated to relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure all studio maintenance, production activity and operational deliverables meet Risk Assessment and Health & Safety requirements.\nCoordinate allocation, bookings and upkeep of green rooms, make-up rooms and associated production support spaces.\nSupport the maintenance of service facilities, ensuring relevant shared information areas are updated with the latest policies, guidance and operational information.\nIdentify and flag operational or facility-related risks early, ensuring appropriate action is taken to protect live output.\nAssist with production confirmations, tracking call-time changes and overtime requirements where needed.\nMaintain budget and cost tracking documentation accurately, ensuring changes and approvals are recorded.\nSupport the coordination of freelance bookings, availability, confirmations and operational updates, making sure teams receive clear documentation, expectations and production information ahead of their shifts.\nSupport the Production Operations Manager with the documentation and distribution of new workflows, system integrations and technical facility updates.\nAssist with the rollout of operational process changes, ensuring teams understand new systems, expectations and responsibilities.\nProvide the Production Operations Coordinator with structured goals and development plans to support growth within the business.\nQualifications & Experience\nExperience working in live broadcast, studio production or production operations environments.\nStrong understanding of PCR, studio and live production workflows.\nExperience supporting live sport or fast-paced multi-production environments is desirable.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the confidence to escalate issues appropriately.\nWorking knowledge of scheduling systems, production booking and resource allocation workflows.\nUnderstanding of Risk Assessments, Health & Safety requirements and safe production practices.\nAbility to work collaboratively across departments and build effective working relationships.\nProactive and solutions-focused approach to live production support.\nOnsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
