Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.\nYour New Role\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Broadcast Operations team on a 6-month maternity leave cover. The role will be responsible for daily commercial scheduling and advertising material management, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of advertising across our broadcast channels in line with programming and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDaily Commercial Scheduling\nPrepare and manage daily advertising transmission schedules, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nAllocate advertising spots by time slot and manage the distribution of commercials across the daily schedule.\nMonitor and adjust commercial schedules to ensure optimal advertising placement and efficient airtime utilization.\nCheck program-level advertising volume and ensure daily maximum advertising limits are met.\nAdvertising Material Management\nManage advertising materials and monitor their transmission and operational efficiency.\nDownload and manage advertising materials through CODEX and convert files into required formats, including MXF and MOV.\nReview advertising materials to ensure they meet required technical and operational standards.\nConduct advertising material review and monitoring, identifying and resolving any issues prior to transmission.\nManage the scheduling and placement of regulated advertising categories, including high-calorie/low-nutrition food, alcoholic beverages, and financial/lending advertisements, in accordance with applicable requirements.\nQualifications & Experience\nUnderstanding of broadcasting operations and the TV broadcasting environment.\nProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nPrevious experience in broadcast channel scheduling or transmission operations is preferred.\nExperience with BIS is preferred.\nStrong English communication skills are preferred.\nStrong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work accurately and efficiently in a time-sensitive operational environment.\nHow We Get Things Done…\nThis last bit is probably the most important!
