LET’S GO!\nㅤ\nYour New Role…\nThe Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination of inbound and outbound freight, warehouse scheduling, shipment documentation, operational trackers and cross-functional communication across the North America Distribution Center.\nThe role acts as a key connection point between the warehouse floor, carriers, vendors, store teams, Merchandising and internal business partners, ensuring product movement is visible, accurately documented and effectively followed through. This position supports the Manager, Inventory & Logistics and Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations by maintaining clear shipment visibility, tracking open issues and helping ensure logistics activity is organized, accurate and aligned to business priorities.\nThis role requires a highly organized and detail-focused individual with strong communication skills, strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-moving distribution center environment.\nYour Key Responsibilities…\nTransportation & Scheduling\nOwn scheduling of inbound and outbound delivery appointments based on warehouse capacity, shipment priority and operational requirements\nMaintain the daily and weekly delivery calendar, ensuring inbound volume, outbound priorities and carrier activity are clearly visible to warehouse leadership and operational teams\nCoordinate container appointments, carrier pickups, store deliveries and freight movements, ensuring timing and capacity are aligned with warehouse operations\nProactively monitor delivery activity, appointment changes, carrier delays and shipment conflicts, escalating risks or service impacts where required\nCommunicate delivery windows, shipment priorities and changes to warehouse teams, store partners, Merchandising and relevant internal stakeholders\nSupport coordination of transportation requirements for new store openings, seasonal peaks, major product launches and inventory transitions\nShipments & Documentation\nPrepare, maintain and organize accurate shipment documentation including BOLs, packing lists, delivery confirmations, carrier paperwork and proof of delivery records\nVerify shipment details, appointment information, delivery addresses, pallet counts, carton counts and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy before and after shipment movement\nMaintain inbound and outbound shipment trackers, ensuring shipment status, open issues, delivery confirmations and exceptions are updated consistently\nFollow up on missing paperwork, delayed confirmations, incomplete shipping details and unresolved carrier or vendor documentation\nSupport investigation of freight damages, shortages, overages and delivery discrepancies, ensuring issues are logged, communicated and followed through to resolution\nSupport vendor compliance processes by tracking labeling, packaging, routing guide and documentation issues, providing accurate information to Merchandise Compliance teams where required\nOperations & Inventory Visibility\nMaintain structured intake, shipment and exception logs to support accurate operational reporting and business visibility\nFlag discrepancies between system records and physical activity, including receiving counts, appointment compliance, shipment status, delivery confirmation and carrier performance\nSupport warehouse leadership by maintaining accurate records of inbound product flow, outbound distributions, delivery timing and open logistics issues\nPartner with the Inventory & Systems Analyst by providing accurate operational updates, exception context and supporting documentation for reporting and trend analysis\nSupport internal and external audit readiness by ensuring logistics documentation is accurate, organized and accessible\nSupport creation and maintenance of warehouse SOPs, process guides and logistics reference materials\nCross Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Inventory, Logistics, Ecommerce Fulfillment, Customer Services, Merchandising, Buying, Store Operations and Warehouse Operations teams to support effective product flow and operational communication\nServe as a professional point of contact for carriers, vendors, store partners and internal teams regarding appointment scheduling, shipment status and delivery coordination\nParticipate in daily operational huddles, weekly carrier calls and store operations touchpoints, providing current shipment updates, open issues and follow-up actions\nSupport communication between warehouse operations and business partners to ensure shipment priorities, delivery risks and operational impacts are understood\nPartner with warehouse leadership to identify recurring logistics issues, documentation gaps, delivery delays and process improvement opportunities\nQualifications and Competencies\nMinimum of two to three years’ experience in logistics coordination, warehouse administration, transportation coordination, inventory administration or supply chain support\nHands-on understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, outbound shipments, replenishment, store deliveries and ecommerce fulfillment\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trackers, shipment schedules, open issues and competing priorities\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation, records and operational follow-up\nConfident and clear communication skills with the ability to work with carriers, vendors, store teams and internal business partners\nAbility to identify operational risks, shipment exceptions and documentation issues, escalating appropriately and following through to resolution\nComfortable working with warehouse management systems, shipment platforms, inventory tools and Microsoft Office\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar warehouse, inventory or ERP systems would be advantageous\nExperience within retail, ecommerce, distribution or branded warehouse environments preferred\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain
